N-And Italia has launched a strategic production reengineering initiative in collaboration with Considi, a leader in Operations & Innovation Management consulting that has been supporting companies in industrial innovation and transformation for over 40 years, applying the principles of the Toyota/LEAN System for sustainable growth.

The project aims to respond to the expected growth in production volumes in 2025 and the following years, while reinforcing our commitment to quality, efficiency, and workplace ergonomics.

🔧 Key focus areas:

• Ergonomic and autonomous workstations

• Centralized testing processes

• Optimization of logistics and material flows

We are also integrating ErgoX — developed by Ergoal, a System Integrator specialized in ergonomics and Industry 4.0 solutions, and part of the Considi group — to ensure digital traceability and on-demand assembly assistance directly at the workstation.

With a projected 60% gap between current capacity and future demand, this initiative is critical for scaling sustainably, leveraging innovation, process redesign, and upskilling. As our CEO, Tarcisio Vergani, states: “This project represents a strategic step in the industrial transformation of N-and. In collaboration with Considi, we are redesigning the production layout to respond to the expected growth, integrating new technologies with the aim of improving the quality of work for our collaborators and achieving greater efficiency and flexibility, while always maintaining a high product quality standard.”
